Debriefing of visit |
A one page (maximum) written summary identifying the title and presenters must be prepared for each debriefing. A second page must briefly list the questions asked during the presentation, the person asking and note if they properly introduced themselves. That page should also note if the question was adequately rephrased before being answered. |

Presentations for preparation and debriefing must be done professionally. Questions asked to any speaker must be preceded by the introduction of the questioner's name. When answering any question it must be repeated or paraphrased to insure it was understood. Each question asked by participants must be recorded by them and a page summarizing the questions, noting if the person properly introduced himself or herself, and also noting if it were properly repeated before being answered is due on Tuesday 4 June.
