Scenario 3:

The destruction of the rainforest will occur. The industrial countries will completely ignore the damage and annihilation, and refuse to support and encourage the Latin American governments to infringe laws to protect the rainforest. Due to the desperation of the Latin American countries to generate a better economy they will have no choice but to destroy the rainforest in attempts to gain profit in a short time to sustain their growing populations and compete in the world market. IGOs and NGOs will be powerless to stop this.
