North Korea has been trying tremendously hard to liberate itself from the negative connotation that it has received from the international community. It has gained this negative reputation from many things but one issue is its willingness to sacrifice the well being of its citizens for the ability to create weapons of mass destruction. Recently North Korea has taken several steps in the right direction to get back some of its lost reputation. North Korea has already agreed to fully disclose all atomic activities by the end of the year. They also have already allowed the United States to start to disable these nuclear sites, and will continue to disable more sites as the year continues on. North Korea will continue to take these positive steps with continual help from many nations including the United States. To help provide immediate relief to the country there has been many more short term incentives given. For example one million barrels of oil will be given to North Korea, because of the shut down of the reactor. The United States will be providing much more long term effects by heavily encouraging others to take North Korea off the terrorism black list. This will allow North Korea to be able to function without as many constraints in the future. This positive attitude will also allow other countries to trust North Korea, which will be worth much more then any amount of oil. North Korea will maintain with this new positive attitude toward nuclear disarmament in the future. North Korea wants to rid itself of this negative perception that it has gained thought out the years and to provide for its people. The isolated state will follow the Six Party disablement plan because it wants to gain back pride and respect from other nations and its own citizens.
