1. To develop proficiency in using computers

2. To be able to use various computer operating systems

3. To be able to understand the basic syntax and semantics of Fortran 77

4. To begin to develop skills in using the computer as a productivity tool to solve complex engineering problems.

5. To be able to develop a simple Homepage

One to three programming problems will be assigned each Tuesday and will be due the next Tuesday. Lab time on Thursday will be available to write the programs.
