PROBLEM 149

Many thanks to Dr. John George for the following problem.

A palindromial is a polynomial whose coefficients read the same forwards as backwards; for example, 3x4 - 2x3 + 7x2 - 2x + 3 is a palindromial.  Suppose that p(x) and its derivative p'(x) are both palindromials.  What is p(x)?
