Problem of the Week

Many thanks to Anthony Kim, who suggested this week's problem.

On a standard three-handed clock, is it ever the case that the angles between the hour hand, the minute hand, and the second hand are equal (to each other and to 120^o)?  If so, how often and when does it happen?

(Of course, the clock should be telling time accurately!)
