2008 Presidential Campaign Information Site

It’s campaign season and college students should be informed and involved.  This web site is designed to provide students with links to the web sites for all of the serious presidential candidates in the two major parties.  Of course, content is determined by the candidates themselves, or their web lackeys, so I can make no guarantees about what you will find if you visit any of these web sites.

As you know, internship credit is available for qualified work in a political campaign.  The main eligibility requirement for PLS 480 is that Dr. Curtis approve the internship.  Although the official course listings states that junior status is a course prerequisite, well qualified sophomores with the right internship will gain approval.  Dr. Curtis can be contacted via e-mail at rcc@bradley.edu, via phone at 309 677-2492, or in person in Bradley Hall room 486.  Further information about the requirements for an internship can be found at http://hilltop.bradley.edu/~rcc/480docs.html.

What you will find below is a list of the web sites for the various candidates.  Republicans are listed first, for no real reason.  Dedicated Democrats can click here and go directly to the list of Democratic candidates.  For most of the web sites, there is a button that invites you to join the campaign or get involved.  Those sites that have a dedicated internship site or dedicated content areas devoted to Illinois will have a link directly to that page as well.
